We are a 97 bed community hospital accredited by the MOH and Australian Council of Healthcare Standards. We are proud to be your local residential care  provider offering palliative, hospital and respite level care.  

We are affiliated with Mercy Hospice Auckland. Mercy Parklands is ranked as one of the leading providers of hospital level residential care in Auckland and recognised for excellence. When you need us, you have access to a team of dedicated professionals and resources that compliment the great care you receive at Mercy Parklands.

Mercy Parklands  has for over 40 years, provided residential care services to our community and in fact can trace our heritage and mission back to the very founding of the Sisters of Mercy as well as their arrival into New Zealand in 1850.

Every day, the work of our staff demonstrate our Mission and Values and builds its culture of compassionate health care around its Mercy Care model.  Our roles may vary but throughout Mercy Parklands but our commitment as “caregivers” is the same.
