Mercy Parklands provides private, not-for-profit Aged Residential Care, that brings an holistic approach to our resident’s care, embracing clinical, spiritual and social aspects of their lives. 

Set in beautiful grounds within the Ellerslie community bordering on Remuera, we provide a warm community environment designed to promote independence, choice and relationships. Our aim is to support our residents to live their unique lives with meaning and purpose.

Our Residents’ Experience

Each day our residents experience the care and compassion we offer: friendly staff, 24-hour nursing support, private rooms, quality food prepared by our in-house chef, chaplaincy and spiritual care, a range of health support services and a varied programme of activities.

With a range of room options available, and excellent staffing levels, we have the capacity to care for 97 people in our residential rest home offering dementia and respite care at hospital level. We welcome people from every denomination and offer our residents a supportive, enriching community.
